Hello! Welcome to my website, I hope you have found yourself here because like me, you hold a fascination for other cultures and their herbal traditions. 

​

As part of my degree in Clinical Herbalism, I was lucky enough to complete my work placement in an Ayurvedic clinic in Kerala, Ayurvedic medicine left quite an impression on me and I have since completed massage therapy training. During a recent trip to Sri Lanka I was amazed how mainstream Ayurvedic medicine is, remaining at the forefront of the health system there and part of many Sri Lankan's everyday wellness rituals.

Recent travels have taken me to Morocco where I have found the prominence of herbal medicine in their culture fascinating, I am set to return in a couple of months and have a trip to India and Nepal planned for the winter.
