If you are interested or just beginning to learn about the properties and uses of herbs, you are starting on an incredible journey. The journey with herbs is limitless, there is so much to learn, many plants to grow and amazing medicines and cosmetics to create.
Herb curiosity may lead you into your own garden to grow and harvest your own medicinal plants, you may find yourself roaming the countryside foraging and wild harvesting medicines or perhaps like me, you will be inspired to travel to incredible destinations to experience Ayurveda or other traditional medical systems.
Wherever the herbal path takes you, we all need to start somewhere and there is no better way to learn about herbal medicine than to get some plants and get stuck in!

Where To Source Herbs
If you are interested in making your own herbal medicines rather than visiting a herbalist or buying ready-made formulations, you can forage for wild herbs and/or grow herbs at home. I do both and you can subscribe to my plans to receive blogs and guidance on growing and foraging.
